Our Service transforms this public data into accessible insights for investment research and analysis purposes.

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KO.IO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
